Supporting a march to bring awareness to victimization and fraud in
The Franklin County Judicial Systems.

August 17, 2008--Ohio

The Franklin County Juvenile Court Judge Dana S. Preisse is currently committing legal coercion to victimize Carlton Henley-Huffman and fraudulently detaining Clyde Mann (above) as alleged perpetrators of the Schiller park incident. Mann, Henley-Huffman, and nine others young black children are being legally coerced to plea guilty to gain their freedom.

Background:

On October 6, 2007, eleven black children (aka, The Columbus Eleven) were arrested for allegedly robbing four people in Schiller Park. Henley-Huffman was found to be incompetent to stand trial. Mann, the last of the eleven, was found to be competent to stand trial for the robbery by Franklin County Juvenile court.

That trial will commence on August 5, 2008 and is expected to be delayed due to pending appeal on the competency determination.
