Wendy Clardy Ministries is about educating you... My Vision: To help families throughout Franklin County. To provide intervention and prevention services to deal with predatory issues such as, marital, children services, housing, domestic violence, sexual abuse...etc., that destroy self-esteem, families, finances, and communities. My Mission: To give inspiration, strength, wisdom, empowerment and education with direction to our communities and families at risk for destruction.
My Purpose: To provide education, and resources to help keep families and communities together. I believe you have the right to be informed. To move from fear to confidence, to have self-worth, and courage to stand against oppression and destruction.
LOVE STARTS AT HOME! AND FAMILY IS FIRST! Biography of Wendy W. Clardy Wendy W. Clardy brings noted recognition and achievements as an educator and advocate. Ms. Clardy has redirected her studies to attend the Ohio Center For Broadcasting, as this avenue will allow her to open a forum for grassroot communities and businesses. Ms. Clardy served as Executive Director for Nulife Bridges Youth Advocacy Council March 2006. In the same year, Ms. Clardy received a 2006 National Leadership Award as Honorary Chairman, of the Business Advisory Council.
Ms. Clardy was elected as President for Columbus State Community College (TRiO) Student Advisory Board. In addition, Ms. Clardy recieved the Women's Leadership Award, March 2007 and is the editor of Ohio Homeowners News, and a leader for America Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) Homeowners for Barack Obama.
Ms. Clardy is the Founder,President and CEO of a newly developed victims action group named "Families and Victims of Fraud" (FAVOF), as of July 2008. In addition, Ms. Clardy is currently writing a book called A Recovering Victim of Circumstances: The Journey. Ms. Clardy is a mother of five adult children and a grandmother of nine. Ms. Clardy is an ordained Pastor, She is currently developing her non-profit organization, called Wendy Clardy Ministries, an outreach ministry that provides communities and families with educational, and advocacy resources. Wendy Clardy Ministries was founded in September 1995, during her own hardships and struggles of defending her home and family. Ms. Clardy has served as case manager for Franklin County Jobs and Family Services (FCJFS) in 2001, providing eligibility, and employment resources to families in need, in addition, she has served for Franklin County Children Services (FCCS) as a mentor, and liaison for families of special needs from several of public systems in 1997, and has received the Ohio Family and Children First Parent Leadership Training Institute award in 1998. Ms. Clardy's personal experiences has left a permanent scar. Should anyone hurt, and no one will listen, she will listen and take action, to provide the resources, and education necessary to restore confidence. Wendy Clardy Ministries reflects and promotes positive change to anyone that welcomes it. |
